Our Leadership Team

Paul oversees operations of the Consulting, Real Estate and Publishing Divisions of the Group of Companies. His expertise in corporate finance, coupled with his interest in commercial property management, has defined Paul’s roles within the group to include Director of TriNav Fisheries Consultants, TriNav Properties, TriNav Realty and Navigator Publishing. Within his lead administrative role, Paul spearheads the TriNav Group Health and Safety program and directs all groups’ financial departments. His responsibilities also include Property Management of approximately 65,000 square feet of Office space throughout Atlantic Canada and regularly consults with Commercial Brokers regarding property development.

Trevor has assisted in growing TriNav Marine Brokerage into one of the largest marine brokerages in Eastern Canada and the United States Eastern Seaboard. Through Trevor’s innate understanding of sales strategy, he has directed a team of professional brokers over many years to assist clients in making the best decision for their businesses and families within the commercial fisheries. Trevor’s roles within the group include Director of TriNav Marine Brokerage, Athearn Marine, and Ocean Yacht Sales. Under his leadership, TriNav has become a household name in the marine and commercial fishing industries that is renowned for providing honest and reliable outcomes for its clients regarding the sale of new and used commercial fishing boats, commercial fishing licenses, fish quotas, complete fishing enterprises and related businesses.

As a Naval Architect, Rick has always had a passion for the marine industry, which has help define his role as a director of the TriNav Group of Companies. As Director he also manages the highly experienced and professional Naval Architectural and Marine Engineering Consulting teams at TriNav Marine Design and Marine Services International (MSI).

Rick’s team of professional Engineers, Naval Architects, and Technologists, have completed hundreds of projects over the last 30 years, including new vessel designs, design modifications, stability analysis and assessments, vessel surveying, detailed drafting, 3D production lofting, and marine system design and engineering. Focusing on project management and attention to detail, Rick has helped TriNav and MSI be recognized as leaders for quality and service in the industry.
